- Conducted onsite risk assessment within the Principle and Assistant Keeper Lighthouse Residences for the presence of mould and asbestos hazards.
- Developed an abatement Scope of Work document based on the risk assessment findings.
- Conducted post abatement visual inspection and air sampling to confirm safe re-occupancy.
